CLDN16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLDN16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN16-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM49D2, MYF5, and OR2M4. Each is linked with CLDN16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN16-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM49D2 grouped by CLDN16-low versus CLDN16-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN16→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
