CLDN15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,854 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN15-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AB2, LINC02336, and ASS1P8. Each is linked with CLDN15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN15-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2AB2 grouped by CLDN15-low versus CLDN15-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN15→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
