CLCN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLCN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,906 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLCN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX7A2, CYCSP26, and EDDM3DP. Each is linked with CLCN3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLCN3-to-partner and partner-to-CLCN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX7A2 grouped by CLCN3-low versus CLCN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLCN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLCN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
