Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL420P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL420P expression is associated with patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL420P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in PRAD. Additionally, RN7SL420P RNA expression shows 5,851 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight BLCA, PRAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where RN7SL420P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
