CLCA4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLCA4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,160 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLCA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPRR2D, TMPRSS11B, and SPINK5. Each is linked with CLCA4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLCA4-to-partner and partner-to-CLCA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLCA4 versus SPRR2D in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLCA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLCA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
