CLCA4-AS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLCA4-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLCA4-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with CLCA4-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLCA4-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-CLCA4-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by CLCA4-AS1-low versus CLCA4-AS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLCA4-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLCA4-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
