CLASRP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLASRP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,976 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLASRP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SF3B3, IRGQ, and SMC3. Each is linked with CLASRP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLASRP-to-partner and partner-to-CLASRP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLASRP versus SF3B3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLASRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLASRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
