Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLASRP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,864 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLASRP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBTD1, MCM3AP-AS1, and GAS5. Each is linked with CLASRP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLASRP-to-partner and partner-to-CLASRP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLASRP versus MBTD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLASRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLASRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
