Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLASRP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,268 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLASRP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-468P, RNA5SP120, and MTCO2P23. Each is linked with CLASRP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLASRP-to-partner and partner-to-CLASRP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-468P grouped by CLASRP-low versus CLASRP-high in COAD.
