Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLASRP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLASRP-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, INPP4B, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with CLASRP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLASRP-to-partner and partner-to-CLASRP results are reported.
