Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLASRP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 654 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLASRP-associated genes across cancer lineages are NXF5, OR1L6, and SELP. Each is linked with CLASRP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLASRP-to-partner and partner-to-CLASRP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NXF5 grouped by CLASRP-low versus CLASRP-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLASRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLASRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
