Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CKS1BP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,268 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CKS1BP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NASP_S421, NCAPG, and CCDC6_S52. Each is linked with CKS1BP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKS1BP3-to-partner and partner-to-CKS1BP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CKS1BP3 versus NASP_S421 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CKS1BP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CKS1BP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
