Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CKS1BP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CKS1BP3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher CKS1BP3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CKS1BP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and OV show a favorable association.

UVM, LIHC, and KICH are the cancer types where CKS1BP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
