Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CKS1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,395 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CKS1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2, MCM3, and MCM4. Each is linked with CKS1B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKS1B-to-partner and partner-to-CKS1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CKS1B versus MCM2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CKS1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CKS1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
