Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CKMT1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CKMT1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, Notch1, and p27_pT157. Each is linked with CKMT1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKMT1B-to-partner and partner-to-CKMT1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Gab2 grouped by CKMT1B-low versus CKMT1B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CKMT1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CKMT1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
