Across TCGA cell cohorts, CKMT1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,743 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CKMT1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphagen biosynthetic process, Phosphocreatine biosynthetic process, and Phosphocreatine metabolic process. Each is linked with CKMT1B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKMT1B-to-partner and partner-to-CKMT1B results are reported.
