CKLF-CMTM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CKLF-CMTM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CKLF-CMTM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NME1-NME2, ZIC5, and RNU6-543P. Each is linked with CKLF-CMTM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKLF-CMTM1-to-partner and partner-to-CKLF-CMTM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NME1-NME2 grouped by CKLF-CMTM1-low versus CKLF-CMTM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CKLF-CMTM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CKLF-CMTM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
