Across TCGA patient cohorts, CKB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CKB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-835P, TBC1D3P4, and RN7SL496P. Each is linked with CKB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKB-to-partner and partner-to-CKB results are reported.
