Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CKB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CKB-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5M8, OR8K3, and OR10W1. Each is linked with CKB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKB-to-partner and partner-to-CKB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5M8 grouped by CKB-low versus CKB-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CKB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CKB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
