CKAP2L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CKAP2L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 873 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CKAP2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01072, LINC02151, and KRTAP12-6P. Each is linked with CKAP2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKAP2L-to-partner and partner-to-CKAP2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01072 grouped by CKAP2L-low versus CKAP2L-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CKAP2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CKAP2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
