CIITA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIITA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,246 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIITA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD74, CORO1A, and HLA-DPB1. Each is linked with CIITA in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIITA-to-partner and partner-to-CIITA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CIITA versus CD74 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIITA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIITA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
