CIITA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIITA protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 84 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIITA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Neuron projection extension, Regulation of neural precursor cell proliferation, and Reactive nitrogen species metabolic process. Each is linked with CIITA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIITA-to-partner and partner-to-CIITA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Neuron projection extension grouped by CIITA-low versus CIITA-high in BRCA.

protein abundance associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIITA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIITA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
