Across TCGA cell cohorts, CIITA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,804 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIITA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dendritic cell antigen processing and presentation, Positive regulation of dendritic cell antigen processing and presentation, and Response to epidermal growth factor. Each is linked with CIITA in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIITA-to-partner and partner-to-CIITA results are reported.
