Across TCGA cell cohorts, CIITA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 299 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIITA-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC3C, SEPTIN3, and ZCCHC2. Each is linked with CIITA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIITA-to-partner and partner-to-CIITA results are reported.
