CIDEB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIDEB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIDEB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTR3P3, RN7SL398P, and NF1P7. Each is linked with CIDEB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIDEB-to-partner and partner-to-CIDEB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACTR3P3 grouped by CIDEB-low versus CIDEB-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIDEB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIDEB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
