CIBAR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIBAR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 502 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIBAR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN7P5, RNA5SP276, and PGBD4P2. Each is linked with CIBAR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIBAR1-to-partner and partner-to-CIBAR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIBAR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIBAR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
