CIART

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIART RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,445 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIART-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD2, CASP4, and ADNP. Each is linked with CIART in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIART-to-partner and partner-to-CIART results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CIART versus RPRD2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIART→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIART) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
