CIART

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIART mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,461 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIART-associated genes across cancer lineages are CASTOR2, RNA5SP412, and BAG3. Each is linked with CIART in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIART-to-partner and partner-to-CIART results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CASTOR2 grouped by CIART-low versus CIART-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIART→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIART) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
