CIAPIN1P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIAPIN1P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,188 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIAPIN1P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CBX2, HDGFL2_S652, and WASHC4. Each is linked with CIAPIN1P in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIAPIN1P-to-partner and partner-to-CIAPIN1P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CIAPIN1P versus CBX2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIAPIN1P→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIAPIN1P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
