Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CIAPIN1P RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CIAPIN1P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher CIAPIN1P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CIAPIN1P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and KIRC show a favorable association.
CESC, KIRC, and LAML are the cancer types where CIAPIN1P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
