CIAPIN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIAPIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIAPIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02558, RNU4-58P, and MIR572. Each is linked with CIAPIN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIAPIN1-to-partner and partner-to-CIAPIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02558 grouped by CIAPIN1-low versus CIAPIN1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIAPIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIAPIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
