CHURC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHURC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHURC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD126, MIR1231, and TTC39CP1. Each is linked with CHURC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHURC1-to-partner and partner-to-CHURC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD126 grouped by CHURC1-low versus CHURC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHURC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHURC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
