Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHURC1-FNTB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,014 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHURC1-FNTB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, Error-prone translesion synthesis, and Negative regulation of telomere capping. Each is linked with CHURC1-FNTB in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHURC1-FNTB-to-partner and partner-to-CHURC1-FNTB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Establishment of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion grouped by CHURC1-FNTB-low versus CHURC1-FNTB-high in UCS.
