Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHURC1-FNTB RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CHURC1-FNTB data layer compared with 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher CHURC1-FNTB RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHURC1-FNTB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LGG show a favorable association.
KIRC, HNSC, and LGG are the cancer types where CHURC1-FNTB RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
