Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,085 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNRG, GTF2A2, and FUT10. Each is linked with CHRM4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRM4-to-partner and partner-to-CHRM4 results are reported.
