Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRM3-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,612 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRM3-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBC1D1, TOM1_S376, and UBA7. Each is linked with CHRM3-AS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRM3-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-CHRM3-AS1 results are reported.
