Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRDL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,756 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHRDL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SFRP1, SYNM, and CALD1_S202. Each is linked with CHRDL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRDL2-to-partner and partner-to-CHRDL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHRDL2 versus SFRP1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRDL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRDL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
