Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRAC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHRAC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP534, RNU7-95P, and MIR4673. Each is linked with CHRAC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRAC1-to-partner and partner-to-CHRAC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP534 grouped by CHRAC1-low versus CHRAC1-high in UCEC.
