Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHPF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,623 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHPF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRTAP, CD276, and FKBP10. Each is linked with CHPF in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHPF-to-partner and partner-to-CHPF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHPF versus CRTAP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHPF→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHPF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
