Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHPF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,313 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHPF-associated genes across cancer lineages are LOXL2, MXRA5, and FKBP14. Each is linked with CHPF in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHPF-to-partner and partner-to-CHPF results are reported.
