Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHPF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,371 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHPF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, Negative regulation of response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, and Response to unfolded protein. Each is linked with CHPF in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHPF-to-partner and partner-to-CHPF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway grouped by CHPF-low versus CHPF-high in BONE.
