Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,008 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AFAP1, DAPK3, and FKBP7. Each is linked with CHN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHN1-to-partner and partner-to-CHN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHN1 versus AFAP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
