Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,682 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LDB2, CDH5, and C2CD4B. Each is linked with CHN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHN1-to-partner and partner-to-CHN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHN1 versus LDB2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
