CHN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,566 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE13, CATSPER3, and LSM12. Each is linked with CHN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHN1-to-partner and partner-to-CHN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE13 grouped by CHN1-low versus CHN1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
