Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,436 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear transport, Nucleocytoplasmic transport, and DNA biosynthetic process. Each is linked with CHN1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHN1-to-partner and partner-to-CHN1 results are reported.
