Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHMP4C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,526 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHMP4C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STK3, YWHAZ, and SH2D3A_S180. Each is linked with CHMP4C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP4C-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP4C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHMP4C versus STK3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHMP4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHMP4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
