Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHMP4C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,168 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHMP4C-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL12, CHRAC1, and AHNAK. Each is linked with CHMP4C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP4C-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP4C results are reported.
