Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHMP4C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 611 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHMP4C-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX3P1X, CRYBB2P1, and DHRS2. Each is linked with CHMP4C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP4C-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP4C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNX3P1X grouped by CHMP4C-low versus CHMP4C-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHMP4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHMP4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
