Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHMP4C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHMP4C-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rab25, Caspase-8, and C-Raf. Each is linked with CHMP4C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP4C-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP4C results are reported.
