Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHMP4C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,803 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHMP4C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of endodermal cell differentiation, Response to indole-3-methanol, and Cellular response to indole-3-methanol. Each is linked with CHMP4C in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP4C-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP4C results are reported.
